Early top of the table pace setters Caernarfon Town came from behind to secure a draw with eighth placed Haverfordwest County at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium, televised live on Sgorio.

The Bluebirds defeated The Cofis in the European Play-Off final last season. However, The Cofis have made a bright start to the new season, before this clash they have won 10 points from their first four games and have scored 15 goals.

The Bluebirds came into this clash with an eight game unbeaten record against The Cofis, three of the four matches between them last season finished in draws – ironically this finished all square.

Ahmun dusted himself off to coolly send goalkeeper Connor Roberts the wrong way which gave his side a narrow one goal cushion at the break.

The visitors came out with more intention after the break as Bluebirds’ goalkeeper Luc Rees pulled off a string of good saves to deny The Cofis.

The visitors levelled matters in the 74th minute as Sion Bradley’s dangerous corner was met by Dominic Smith who glanced in a header for his first goal for his new club.

The Bluebirds were given a few more scores before the final whistle, as both teams settled once again settled for a hard fought draw.
